EXHALE DAILY was born from a deep longing to cultivate a loving community that would support you in feeling a greater sense of belonging and awareness of life. It’s a way of life we discovered through our spiritual practices that we want to share with you. Our spiritual practices have become a natural way to manage daily stress, giving us a profound relationship with our spirit, and a clear connection with Source/God.

Speaking of God. The term God can trigger many emotions based on religious trauma. It’s important to know that our use of the word God is a way to describe the great universal power of love. You can always replace the word God with love, the universe, or great power - whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to open your heart.

Isabelle Laures

Isabelle has 14+ years of experience as a spiritual guide for companies and private people in both Denmark and internationally.

As a clairvoyant and Intuitive, she has always received advice from her spirit guides and used prayer as a tool for a deeper connection with her spirit. It and received Her spiritual practice each morning keeps her inflow and keeps her connected to her spirit and true happiness.
